Son of the Hon. George P. and Carrie L. Graham, of Brockville, Ontario.

He joined up from his law practice and left Canada in late 1916. He was kept in England for some time before being allowed to go to France. He died at No. 3 CCS from wounds received 24 hours previously.

His father, the Honourable George Perry Graham, was a lawyer and politician. He was briefly leader of the Ontario Liberals and had a seat in the Canadian parliament.
