The Bronze Research Package includes a basic search for all the documents relating to your family member. We will provide you with a list of all the available documents together with copies of medal award cards, the attestation page of his service record (if the record survived and is available) as well as commonwealth war graves commission information if he was killed in action.
Gold Research Package
No Stone Unturned
The Gold Research Package contain the Silver document package, plus an in depth history of the subject in an easy to read narrative form. The topics covered will include the subjects early life, their recruitment, training and deployment, Regiments, theatres of war and campaigns they served in, their daily life in the trenches and their part in the actions that their units would have been involved in. This package will also contain any relevant Census/Birth/Marriage/Death Records.
What impressed me most was the way that he translated the bare facts about their life and military service into an easy to read, very personal story and uncovered things about both families that we knew nothing about.
Not only had Mike found all the available military records relating to my grandfather, but he had also delved into his childhood and early family life giving me an insight into the hardships of his childhood and the dangers he faced in WW1.
